Ballack's "Running-up" Curse

The Germans lost in the finale of EURO 2008 held last night by the Spanish with the score 1-0.
Pathetic.
Few days before kick off, some people reminded me of the "curse" of Ballack.
If you keep an eye on him carefully since his debut in World Cup 2002, we probably tempted to agree with the curse issue.
But, as a part of a modern world where everything should be based on logics, should we believe this silly kind of superstition?
Who knows..? Maybe it's just because the Spanish did it so greatly last night that they deserve to be the champion.
